International CARE Electronics Office

The International CARE Electronics Office was taken over by the Austrian Society for Systems Engineering and Automation in June 1997.

The tasks of the International Office are:

• daily operational work such as correspondence with project partners
• close operational contact with EUREKA's National Project Coordinators (NPC's) and Secretariat (Brussels)
• operational cooperation with other EUREKA umbrellas and cluster projects
• invitation to meetings, events and conferences 
• observation of activities in R&D, legislation and standardization
• support ot all projects by doing paper work and providing know-how in filling forms for project proposal applications
• logistics for congresses and brokerage events 
• publication of general information, newsletter and conference materials (brochures, proceedings)
• external contacts to funding organizations, governments and other industries
